Our featured blogger this week is SpencerSchool, but some of you may know her by Trixi (her name) or Homestead in the Making (her blog title). She is blogging with us from a 10 acre homestead in Mississippi with her husband and their three children, whom she homeschools. Trixi recently gave her blog a beautiful fall look which I absolutely love!
Speaking of things I love, you've got to check out her most recent entry about their colt playing football. It reminded me of the old Disney movie, Gus! And Trixi is such a friendly blogger. I love her entry on why she homesteads and I've seen so many friendly encouraging comments that she's left for others. Actually I learned quite a bit from reading comments that others left in response to questions she has asked on her blog.
