Oh wowsers, I want to go! I'm going to have to Mapquest this and see how long it will take me to get there. I may not make it this Sunday, but I WILL get there!
According to this article, The Dull Homestead Farm in Brookville, Ohio, turned their farm into an exhibit of alternative energy. It's called the Future Energy Center and features windmills, hybrid cars, and energy saving forms of heating and air-conditioning. It sounds SO cool!

Six 10 kW (small-scale) wind turbines help power the Dull Farm near Dayton
Wednesday, September 28, 2005
Interested in Ohio's new cash crop - utility-scale wind power, 91 attended the Or GEO's workshop on Rural Ohio Wind Development on Wednesday, September 28th beginning starting at 8:30 am at the Dull Homestead, a farming operation near Brookville with six 10 kW small wind turbines - the largest site of 10 kW Bergey wind turbines in the World.
Topics included GEO wind testing activities across Ohio, financial
assistance, and a panel discussion with professional wind developer and
installers that work with wind power. Attendees - mostly farmers from
over a dozen Ohio counties - toured the Dull Farm turbines and the
nearby Montgomery County Madison Lakes Metropark with integrated solar
electric will be conducted in the afternoon.
These Western Ohio wind installations are among the over 30 Ohio Wind Energy Sites that were on the Ohio Solar Tour on Saturday, October 1, 2005. For more information on the tour in your community, click here.
