Well last week (I think it was) I shared an entry on here about Herrick's Chicken Tractors, so today when I saw that he posted about chicken processing, I wanted to share that with you all as well! He explains each step thoroughly and has great pictures too.
We process our own chickens too, but we skin ours instead of plucking. How many of you process your own chickens?
