To remove burnt food from your skillet, add a drop or two of dish soap and enough water to just cover the bottom of the pan.....then bring to a boil of the stovetop....clean immediatley--voila! Easy!

Jul. 28, 2006 - An answer to prayer!
What an answer from God! haha, I bought Emerilware a year or two ago and didn't think about the fact that since they were non-stick, I would be scrubbing to get things off. I made homefries this morning for my husband and boy did I have potatoes and onions stuck to the bottom. I wondered, "Lord, how can I get these off? Why did I choose these pans again? Haha.
Then today I look and find this! Hallelujah! Thank You :O)
