Use powdered milk for baking. Pour some in a small container and leave in your "baking center" with the rest of your baking supplies. You'll never be 'out of milk' for "that recipe" again..... :)

I keep a HUGE box of powdered milk on hand. It keeps for a long time. I also love using powdered buttermilk!
