Eat Wild!
Wild greens are more nourishing than the bunch you buy in your local grocery store. Call your local
Armed with your lists, take the family on a walk or hike and collect as much as you are able. Make sure what you are picking hasn’t been sprayed or otherwise contaminated, and wash them thoroughly.
Make a great salad, and enjoy the good things the Lord made for your mouth to renew your strength! (Ps. 103: 1-5)
