Today, a friend brought over our incubator and a dozen fertilized eggs for us to watch hatch.  This is our first time at doing this.  It is thru our county ext. office.  My little girl (9) was disappointed when she found out that we are just doing the embryology project which is free.  She wants to pet them!!  We have to give them back once they hatch.  I got a feeling this is going to teach our family patience!!

What a great project that is. I have never heard of the extension office doing that. I'll have to check into stuff like that for our neck of the woods. Have fun with it!!!
