"Dear Father, please help the beauty, grace, and holiness of Jesus to be seen in me.
May my life show the control, grace, and fruit of the Holy Spirit in all I do today and every day.

~ In All Things Give Thanks ~

Praise the Lord....

I could so easily complain about the weather right now, but I am not going too. I am going to Praise the Lord who reigns over everything this rain only means I will not have to trek down to the garden plot and hose it down myself to get the ground moist. The other day the kids and I were down there making our rows, when I made the statement that the next time we get down here we will need to water the ground a lil bit to keep it from drying totally out.

There is no need to do that now, as the Lord provides us with what we truly need. Now if I could just convince the Big Guy up there that I dont particularly like the lightening and thunder scaring the bejeebies out of me at 3 am in the morning( because it was right above our place) that would be great.

Speaking of gardening, due to the weather situation and not having to go down to the garden plot to water, the kids and I potted our seeds and we look forward to seeing them sprout and then transplanting them when they are ready.

I miss a good thunderstorm, though not at 3:00am. We don't get many out here.
It looks like you have a good start to your garden. I hope it all goes well. :)

What a lovely post. And lovely work your did. Sounds like an inviting garden and the pumpkins will be wonderful when your beloved returns.
I would add okra. But then again I probably would just have my entire plot be okra!
