So it's been almost a month now that we have really cracked down looking for that perfect peice of property. I feel like it has pretty much consumed my life. Everything seems like to be in bad location or just way out of our league. I'm praying that we will be able to find something perfect for us soon. I also found this reciped I wanted to share. It's one of my family's favorite side dishes that I make often.

Country corn bake

2 cans Mexican style whole kernal corn, drained

1 can condensed cream of potato soup

1/2 milk

1/2 c thinly sliced celery

1 1/3 cup French fried onions, divided

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 Tbs bacon bits

Preheat oven to 375. Combine corn, soup, milk, celery, 1/3 c onions, cheese and bacon in large bowl. Spoon into 2 qt. square baking dish. Cover; bake 30 min. or until hot and bubbly. Stir; sprinkle with remaining onions and bake uncovered until onions are golden.
