My Garden To Do List For October 2007


- Box up pool and put in the garage.
- Remove the rest of the volunteer trees.
- Remove dead, dying and ugly plants.
- Remove all weeds.
- Prune all roses bushes.
- Add much soil to the garden.
- Level the yard and fill in holes.
- Seed the yard with Rye grass.
- Plant cool season veggies and herbs.
- Plant flowers … especially pansies.
- Add to this list as I remember what needs to be done! :)

Raw Milk!!!!!!

Yay! Yippeeeee! Whooooohoooooo! I am sooooo excited! Raw milk is once again for sale in Arizona!! Since first learning about and deciding to drink raw milk (15 years ago!!), availability has been on again, off again. It is on again now and I am sooo excited. YEAH! Lets hope it stays available. That is one of the laws I check when going into another state (that and their homeschooling laws). :)

I had to buy a cow share in MI. You buy part of a cow. They mlik the cow, then you pay for the services of miling your cow for you. You cannot purchase the milk in MI. So...I am purchasing the service. LOL. There will be a way. In Canada it is a illegal! Glad I am American. Ali
