tHIS IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE BOOKS AND ALSO AUTHOR/DRAMATICIAN.  I LIKE TO POST SOME OF MY FAVORITE THINGS BECAUSE I REALLY LIKE SHARING AND GROWING.  THIS IS AN INCREDIBLE BOOK FOR MOMS AND TALKS STRAIGHT TO YOUR HEART.  BEING A MOM IS NOT ALWAYS AN EASY JOB AND THERE ARE DAYS THAT IT SEEMS LIKE - WHO NOTICES?  YES, WE KNOW THE FIFTY MILLION DOLLAR ANSWER - GOD - BUT SOMETIMES DO WE?  I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THAT YOU GET YOUR HANDS ON THIS BOOK AND ALSO GIVE IT TO OTHERS!!!!

 I am reading "Created to be His Helpmeet" by Debi Pearl.  This is a fabulous book and almost dismissed it all together.  I have some friends who have reccomended it to me but... I decided to purchase and read ALL with an open mind.  It is fabulous and I highly encourage all young ladies yet to be married; young married; middl of the road married; those who are on another marriage and older ladies to get a hold of a copy of this!!!

I love to curl in bed and read a good book before bedtime.  I was usually the kid who fell asleep reading!  My mom use to tease me that I read by osmosis :)  I can get lost in some of the biographies I purchased for homeschooling and then... I have picked up a few titles and yawn!  I try desperately to read through them and I can't.  My husband laughs because he can tell when I enjoy a book - there is no putting it down.

Well I finished Miriam's Kitchen and loved it - I will probably read again in the future - I liked it that much!

 I am currently reading the book "Passionate Housewives Desperate for God".  A gal in my homeschool group had saw it and suggested ordering it in bulk.  It looked cute and after I had read my other book I thought I would give it a once over.  This book is GREAT!!! I can't put it down.  I love it!  Amen for a book that actually says it is ok to be a stay at home mom.

Miriam's Kitchen is a great book.  This book is full of spiritual guidance as we search for our roots and our place here in this world.  While Miriam is Jewish and she is searching to get back to her Kosher roots, it is for anyone who longs to connect to their past.  Great recipes included too!
