The Funny Farm

Greetings from my side of the world.  It is rainy and cold here and they are calling for wind storms again.   About 1 month ago we had bad storms and lost electricity for 3 days.  Well, I am thankful for my family, heat and food... I pray you are all well where you are today.

My daughter and I spent the whole day at a trainig session for 4-H.  It was longgggggggg and I don't know what I learned:)  But I met alot of nice ladies and laughed... I love to laugh - lol. 

My husband and boys spent the day at Baseball Training.  We are all trained out!  Well off to chili with the family.  I just wanted to say hi !  I know I say it often but this is such a great place to be and am learning so much!  Praise God!

Also I learned that you can make butter from goat's milk.  We are looking into raising some - we are very new to all of this!

I would love to learn how to make butter and goat cheese. I had a friend that made the best cheese, but alas, she moved up north, now Im without, LOL. ..........Kitty
