The rain has seemed to stop. It rained off and on since last week starting around Wed. Its been gloomy and just blah. And made it hard to get things done.

But hopefully the rain drove down the frost, because my husband wants to dig some holes for the pig shed still. He hasn't been able to do much work on it due to the rainy weather.

He also has to work onhis trucl, its in the garage and he's started on it. He has to drop the tranny and put the other one in. Then we can finally have it back. And hope its a bit cheaper for gas.....lol. Right now we are using my dad's truck which is a diesel. We put in $46 on friday. Thank goodness the gas station we go to we have points cards and was able to use some of them to save $20.

I just hope the money I give dh for the week for gas will stretch further then what it does now...lol.

I'm hoping the sun comes out soon as well since the grass really needs to sprout up here quickly so that we can put the cows and horses in the pasture. We are down to the last 6 round bales and those will go out today. And in about 2-3 days they'll need hay again. Thankfully we have a tier and a half in the hayshed of square bales so we're good to go. But round are much faster to put out...lol. Plus the tractor goes through the muck in the corral better. So could be interesting.
