Rhubard Photos

Ok I finall got around to taking the photos of the Rhubarb plants my grandmother must have planted way back when.
Now what I need to know is are they still good? The one looks finr but I have 2 others that are different....lol.
Any input would be great.

Hi Again!
Those are seed stalks. You don't want them growing because all the plant's energy is going to them instead of being used to produce the stalks of rhubarb. Just cut them off near the ground. The rhubarb is perfectly fine to use.

I'll make sure to do that.
Definatly need to learn all about this stuff so I can benifit from them since they are already growing.
