Sorry I haven't written in a while -

I just haven't been online. There's been lots of stuff going on though. I had a concert this week - I'm in chorus. I got my hair cut, just the front though. Oh and the best thing - we have kittens. 3 of them. They were born on Monday. Myla - the momma kitty, had the first one RIGHT before I had to leave for the bus. She had the second while I was in school - but she waited until I came home to have the third. She's a good kitty. Here's some pictures of her with her kittens.

This is the one I got to watch her have. It's not the best of pictures - but when I first saw this one, I thought it looked like a cow. I think I'm naming it MooMoo.

Here's Myla with all 3 of her babies - they're all looking much better in this one, haha.

In this one, Myla's sister Miko was taking a nap with them all.

When I woke up that morning - Myla was laying on the couch right next to my brothers head. There was this wet spot - so I asked my Mom if cats break their water like people. I didn't know if my brother was drooling (a lot!) or what. She said "Yes, why?" I told her -"I think we have kittens coming right now then." So we put her in her box, and she kept trying to be on the couch with my brother. Mom said that cat is NOT having kittens on the couch. So we kept putting her back in the box until she had the first one - then she stopped trying to get out of the box. Mom told me to put the box in the tub in the bathroom because our dog was bothering her. When I put her in the bathroom and shut the door - Kaya (our dog), just stayed there outside waiting like she was worried about Myla. After the kittens were born, Kaya went in and was kissing on Myla in a way that seemed like she was trying to tell her it would all be ok. Myla didn't hiss or swat at her at all. I'm begining to think we really do have strange animals. At least they love each other.

Mom was at the market when I got home from school. I did my home work. Then my brother and I exercised, and went on a bike ride.

When mom came home, she had a surprise for us - she bought 20 strawberry plants, 2 black berry plants, and a blueberry plant too! We've never planted berries - should be fun.

Oh, and yesterday, I got new sneakers - and a rabbit wind chime for my garden. My Mom got one that says "Welcome to my Garden" and my sister got a garden gnome - that looks like that travelocity gnome in the commercials...hers has him sitting on a frog. She likes that stuff.

This year, I'll have a garden of my own.

Today, I turned the soil for my garden. Then, I added some rabbit droppings for fertilizer. It's a very small garden, I didn't want one too big to be too hard to take care of. In my garden, I will grow carrots for my rabbits (and me ). Also, I will grow tomatos, and marigolds.

I also helped my mom with one of her gardens. Hers will be much bigger! It's hard work, I'll keep my little one for this year, lol.

I wanted to have a garden for a couple of reasons. One, to grow treats for my rabbits. Thier names are Lola and Bugs. I also love to cook. When I grow up, I want to be a chef, own my own resteraunt, and teach people how to cook too. I think it will be cool to walk right outside to get the stuff I want to cook with.

             Good-bye for now!
