Sammyjo sent in everything to go to IvyTeck college. We are so proud of her.   Shes really excited!!!!

I woke up late this morning, I guess i needed the sleep, I have been working at krogers alot lately.      I should pick up my check today and go shopping.

I really want winter to be over with so i can start planting my garden........

Gosh, I havent wriiten in awhile, My job at kroger is going well, I really like it.   I even get a 20% discount on all my food I buy there. My chickens are laying about 10 eggs a day now, So im happy about that.

Its snowing again here in Indiana, I hate the cold so i spend most of my day cooking up soup and putting it in the freezer.

Tonights supper will be Venison Roast, potatos, green beans, salad and blueberry cobbler for desert

Its really scary to think what next yr will bring, I have stocked up as much as i could for the time being.

Today we are suppose to get snow and a ice storm so Im making a big pot of soup and homemade bread waiting for the storm to hit.   Im so happy we have a wood stove this yr. I might keep sammyjo home from work today so i dont have to worry about her driving in the snow when it comes.

Starting my new job

Tommorow its suppose to snow 2 inches, YUCK!!!!           Im starting my new job at krogers tommow too, so im already freaking out about driving in the snow.

I printed out alot of coupons yesterday and went shopping, My total was $94.00 and I saved $67.00.  I was so happy.

Today its raining again,Im still waiting for the rest of my webpage to be done. They still have to put the freebies and the coupon sites up.

I dont know whats wrong with me latley, I keep thinking something bad is about to happen, Im having alot of panick attacks latley.

All my Xmas shopping is done, all I have to do is pick up 2 gift cards.

I have been doing so good on my diet and then Roger comes in the bedroom last night with a BIG BOWL OF ICE CREAM at 10.00pm, I said To him "Honey, I thought we where on a diet, He said, Ill start tommorow!!!!!!   WELL< TOMMOROW NEVER COMES. So i ended up eating some too. GESHHHHH!!!

Fox news just reported finding a small child in Orlando Florida, They think its little casey, I just cant believe how a mother could kill that special little girl.  It just breaks my heart.

Today, I went out to feed the chickens and goats and found 3 eggs, I am so happy that they are starting to lay again.  We sure needed the eggs over thankgiving.

Things That Im thnkful for is ; family, health, Getting a hug from my daughter for NO REASON, Pantry full of food, A husband that works so hard for his family, and many other things That i will mention later.

Thank you my Dear friends for keeping us in your prayers,  Its so hard when someone that is only 45 dies,  Sammyjo is really taking it hard.  This brought back many memories of when her brother died.

On a Happy Note:   We got our seed catalogs in the mail, and we spent last night looking and planning on what to buy.  Heres our list so far........

Its cold and raining

Its been raining all day in Indiana.   I got the job at Krogers and I start this week.  Im really happy about it. I wont have to be pushing no carts since Im gonna be a cashier.

Sammyjos God-Father died today at 12.02pm. His liver stop working, so Please keep us in your prayers.

Put them in a pot and boil them and then just add a little milk and it makes good hot coco.  Sammyjos been doing it every winter when it gets cold.

I have got all my Xmas shopping done, Thank God!!!!        We didnt spend as much this year like we have done in the past.  We are just thankful that we are healthy and happy.

Sammyjo gets a ticket

Sammyjo comes home screaming that the police gave her a $125 Ticket because of her tinted windows being too dark.  Now she had been warn by the police a couple times about this and refuzed to let her Dad un -tint them.

Well, Now she has to pay the ticket.  She is not to happy right now.   She comes home and calls the police station and asks to speak to the chief of police, she tells them that all her friends have tinted windows and they never got any warnings or tickets, so why should she have to pay.  The chief of police told her that she has to pay the ticket and take the tint off the windows, or the ticket will double.

We kept telling her to have this done but she refuzed and Now she will learn a hard lesson.  She has a week to pay the ticket.  

She is upstairs crying,  But this is a good lesson for her to learn. She should of listen to the police the 1st time they warned her.    

Im feeling so much better this morning

Sammyjo has been working over time at work to save for her SPRING_ BREAK in March, THere going to Panama In Florida. Im going to be a basket-Case that week. Sammyjo has never left home for that long. I am hoping I can talk her brother into going with her if he is still layed off.  My Son works in constuction and gets paid 28.00 an hr.

Its still snowing a little-bit here in Indiana.

Does any one know about having a SECRET SISTER?  I read about someone having one and thought it would be a great idea. I would love having one.

I already put the crockpot on for tonights dinner.

Its really snowy here this morning

Good Morning,  I sitting here drinking herbal tea, And toast trying to keep up with everyone. I have had the flu since thanksgiving Night. If Im no better by tommorow I think I will call the doctors office and make a appoitment.

I let sammyjo Take my car because her tires are not to good on her car, so to be on the safe-side, I gave her my car for school.   Its really snowing here, Its beautful, But i hate the cold. I stocked the wood burner and its starting to get warmer in here.

Im gonna take a bubble bath and crawl back into bed .

Yep, Im the BIG 47 Today. Roger and Sammy Already left and they gave me a basket of "Bath and Body" stuff, Slippers, And hand miffins for the oven and a big Yankee Candle.

Roger also gave me a $100 a couple weeks ago to let this guy skyler@businesspromotioninc.com build me a afflitie webpage , so hopfully I can start making money from home.  So yea, Its been a pretty good morning.

Sammyjo gets out of school early today so shes coming home and helping me make some pies.

I better get going , I have a lot to do today

My Daughter

This is my sammyjo, She will be going to college next year and we are so proud of her. She wants to be a nurse (RN)

Seems like just yesterday she was just a little girl .  I dont know what Im going to do with no kids in the house.  Roger told me, That when the kids leave and there out on there own, its our time to have fun. 

With the way things are going in this country, Im hoping she can get a loan to go to college. With me being on disablity, Im sure theres something she can get to go too college.  WE are just praying about it and hope that God shows us the way.

Friday, when Roger went to work 3 people including his boss was sick, Im praying we dont get this flu before the holidays.  WE have been very blessed this year, All my bills have been ontime and I still managed to save $500 this year.  My Son went hunting last night and got a deer, so we will have meat in the freezer soon.  I do feel very blessed this year, even tho we wont have much of a christmas, We have our health and family and good friends, And for all this IM THANKFULL.  I think the holidays get to me cause I lost my son who was 17 in a car accident around the holidays. I miss him so much.

Well, I better go, I have alot of cleaning to do.

WoW, Its cold ouside

Got up this morning and made ham and eggs and then we left to do alittle bit of shopping. We had to get chicken feed and I got my son a jacket for Xmas.  Roger is outside cutting more wood for the wood stove, and I decided to stay in the warm house and make a few loaves of Bread.

My birthday is Novermber 26, the day before thanksgiving and I  will be 47, My body just cant take the cold weather No More.

Since the money is really tight this year, I will be making jams and wreaths for christmas presents this year.  My kids will be getting just a few things, Sammyjo is 17 so all she wants is cloths and Donny is 23 and living out on his own, so he will be getting a jacket that hes been wanting.

Well, I better check on my bread
