More bad weather..

Where did that 75* weather go?
It started raining yesterday, a soft rain. Woke up this morning to a pretty good rain, which is supposed to turn to sleet and freezing rain and then change again into snow. All in all 3-6 inches is expected.

Dh just called, he is on his way to work and said that the ice is already here and for me to be careful today taking our oldest to preschool, that is if I take him to preschool, I hate for him to miss but I just don't know about this weather.

Other than that I guess I will be doing the laundry and using the dryer, I was able to hang out 4 loads on Tuesday, it was so nice outside, I thought spring was here to stay, oh well, I know its coming eventually.

At least with all this falling weather the gardens are getting a really good soak and hopefully that will make the gardens flourish!!!

Speaking of gardens, I have already picked up my seed potatoes, 50lbs of Kenebecs!! Of course my dad and I are splitting this because its just too much for us both but its cheaper to buy 50lbs all at once than it is to buy by the lb. Dh still thinks 25lbs will be too much for us but I will find a space for them!! I am going to experiment this year I think. Last year I planted 2 rows of potatoes, they didn't do as well as I had hoped but it was the first garden in that spot.
