This really spoke to me this morning.  As our family prepares for a new journey, it is time for me to spend some time in solitude....just listening....being....waiting for Him to speak, to lead, to guide me in whatever is next.

In a world where everyone is 'plugged in'.........
blue tooth / cell phone / Ipod / MP3 players / walkmans / video games / radio / tv / SOMETHING media driven is in our faces and in our ears, 24-7

I am training my kids to 'be still'. Sit in silence. Be still. Hear nothing with your ears......let you spirit 'hear'.
They think I am wacky.....but I trust God will let it sink in later when they really need it!!
