What Happened to Fall?

Fall has been blown away by wintery winds around these parts .  It is c-o-l-d, windy and rainy....ick.  I think it's time to build a fire in the fireplace, simmer some spices in a pot of apple cider, and make a big pot of chili .  Pumpkin bread sounds good, too........can you tell I'm just a little bit hungry ???

Not to worry, it'll be back to Fall weather in a few days.....might even be summertime again!  Texas weather is sooooo much fun .

I can love the crazy Texas weather now. But when it is in the triple digits, well, I am not a happy grandma!
