Found a bit of Sunshine...

If you've been following our saga of moving to our "Urban Homestead", you've probably read my whining about the lack of sunlight on my "front porch". 

Well, this morning was beautiful, so I decided to open up the windows and let in some fresh air.  When I raised the blinds in our bedroom.........the sun was actually shining in!!!  Too Cool!  I quickly went outside and moved my potted herbs and flowers into the sun.  Now I'm going to see if the manager will let me put my potted plants out there under the windows.  Yea, I have sunshine!!!....at least in the early a.m.  In Texas, early morning sun is the kindest to your plants (and people) anyway.

but living here in Central Texas I get plenty of sunshine most of the time. i do get down on dreary days though. In the summer, more sun than I want. You are right about morning sun being the kindest here. I have had tomatoes cook on the vine before!!
