Stay Young.....

by gardening .  Sounds better than exercise, doesn't it???

I LOVE  this quote:

What sweet sentiments! Never connected staying young with gardening, but my parents were always so very young at heart. I remember Mom saying to me one time when she was in her early 90's "Sometimes I feel like I am only 16 and then I look in the mirror." I told her not to look in the mirror.
My Dad loved to garden and she loved to prepare all the goodies he raised for her.
