Garden Quesadillas
Posted in Kitchen Adventures
|
Here's what's for lunch today :
tortillas (I only had the white store-bought not good for you ones- homemade whole wheat would have been SO much better)
cheddar cheese, sliced
green onions, sliced thin
tomato, sliced
avocado, sliced
black olives, sliced
pickled jalapenos, sliced
salsa or ranch dressing (your choice) or both
Preheat oven to 400. Place tortillas on baking sheet and put sliced cheese on one half. Place in oven until cheese begins to melt. Take out and top with veggies and salsa or dressing. Fold in half and enjoy!

That sounds really good. I may do something similar. I do not know about the ranch part though, I am willing to try things!!

My middlest dd eats ranch dressing on anything I'll let her put it on! Including apples....ick, ick, ick. It's not bad on the quesadillas, though :) !
