Mozzarella

Here's a photo of the Mozzarella cheese I made a few days ago. 

It was pretty good.  I can't wait to try the recipe with the fresh cow's milk I'll be getting this week!  I found a source for fresh, raw (healthy and wholesome)  milk.  Yea!!!

Oooo! That looks GREAT! I'd like to know more about how to make mozz. cheese. Any pointers?
