I didn't get my mozzarella made :( after all. A little thing call "life" interrupted my plans.... tomorrow perhaps ;) . I'll let you know how it turns out when I finally do get it made!

My first attempt at mozzarella turned out to be ricotta.

It was good ricotta at least. I haven't yet made a second attempt, though I will.

Hope you have better luck at it than I did. :)
