Soap....sorta

I posted last week that I was rebatching some soap. I'll post more info. on the why's and how's later today or tomorrow for those who asked. Don't have time right now, but I do have some pretty nice Lavender Shampoo Bars. They're ugly as sin because they stuck in the molds and I had to dig them out, but they work just fine. I'm not so optimistic about the Gardener's Grit Bars. They look beautiful, but the recipe called for way more water than the original recommendations and they are really, really wet still. They're going to have to dry out a lot to ever harden. I sure hope they do because they smell Oh So Good! OK, I've got lots to do this afternoon, so I'm off to get some work done. More soapy updates coming soon!

I love lavendar!!! Sounds yummy - and it doesn't matter what it looks like (unless you are selling, I suppose) if it works well!
