I have a ceramic top stove, so I cannot use a pressure canner!! It will crack the top right in half!!

**** when we sold our old house and bought this one, it had a ceramic top stove, but thankfully we re-modled the kitchen and I got a new stove!****

Should I tell the DH, or have you already stuck a picture under his pillow, circled in red? LOL

I really need to get the one my MIL gave me cleaned up and calibrated and news seals,,,etc, etc. Then next year, we can do some cool stuff! Or even this year...what about all the Turkey broth?
