Pesto Pita Pizzas
A quick and easy meal, especially good when paired with a bowl of soup (we like tomato bisque).
Pita Bread (how ever many you want to make)
Pesto
Tomatoes
Mushrooms
Feta Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
Olive oil
Spread pita with pesto, top with sliced tomatoes and mushrooms then sprinkle with Feta and Parmesan cheese, drizzle with Olive oil, place on a cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees until crispy. Yum!
