Yesterday we went to the Farmers Market, I didn't get a chance to look at everything, because I had popsicles melting in the car. I managed to pick up dinner, BBQ'd tri-tip, a dozen tamales and some cinnamon and sticky buns from a lovely Mennonite family. They were so tasty! What a treat! Next time I plan on getting some veggies and fruit!

Today I am home all day, so hopefully I can get a lot accomplished around the house. I also have to scale Mt. Washmore....blah.

I found a recipe for some low-fat blueberry bran muffins. I am looking for healthier breakfast options and they looked good, so I am going to make some of those today.

I had better get off the computer and do my chores!

Mt. Washmore can definately be depressing!! That's something I still FORCE myself to get done. LOL
I pray you get all of it done today so you have that as a relief!
I wish we had Farmer's Markets here like you have!!!

I want to go to the Farmer's market!

I usually go to the one in Arcata (I always forget what days the other's are) but I don't think I've ever seen tamales available there.

I may have to drive to Fortuna (Tues? Thurs? Time?). I know you already told me, but I forgeot again!
