I hope everyone had a nice Memorial weekend.
We just enjoyed being at home. We did go to a friends BBQ on Monday. It was a going away party for their son, and another families son who are joining the military.
A fitting day for the party. I am glad it isn't my son though. I don't think I would handle that well.
Thankfully my 17 year old has no desire, and my other two are far too young to even be thinking about it.
I am impressed with the two boys joining though. Four years is a big commitment and also the line of training they are going into requires much courage! I pray they are a light to those around them. I pray that God sends many of his angels to protect them, and that they return home safe & sound!
