Cinco de Mayo!

I have a busy day today!  So can't write much.

We are going to a Cinco de Mayo potluck at a friends, so I need to go shopping for ingredients, and run a bunch of errands.

I am supposed to be making a flan, and a big dish of enchiladas with a chipotle sauce.  It should be interesting trying to make it with my non-existant kitchen.  I have my stove hooked up, but no sink or counters!!!  Wish me the best!

ooo-weee! You need to share those recipes maybe! I love Flan!! I hope it all came together for you. I know you're anxious to get your kitchen in order! Won't it be nice when it's all done! I hope to see pics. But it took me forever to learn how to do pics on my blog!
