Save on Eggs

I like to add a couple of spoonfuls of mayonaise (or salad dressing) to my cake, cookie, or pancake recipes.  I either substitute it for the eggs entirely or use half of the eggs that the recipe calls for.

I think everything tastes better too.

The recipes turn out very moist.

i was wondering what to do when i was out of eggs. what do youdo when you are out of baking soda,baking powder or yeast for rising breads?
