We just put an offer on a house!

My dad and I just went down to the real estate office and put an offer in on the house we're trying to buy! I'm so nervous and excited, but am trying to keep faith in the Lord.  The realtor was taking the offer straight over to the seller so we should hear something by tomorrow. We're a little worried because there is someone else interested in the property, but they're still trying to get financing. We've already got our financing in order and downpayment taken care of. If you could, please say a prayer that either the seller accepts the offer or that returns with a fair counteroffer. I'll update when I can about it. If the offer is accepted, then we will close on the house by July 3rd! What a blessing that will be!

How exciting, I remember when we were stationed in CO and the first year we were there we made our first purchase on a house, we owned it for 7 years. You never get such a big grown up feeling than that of owning a home, I hope whatever is meant to be the Lord will bless you abundently. Take care
