Grant for housing

I just spoke with a woman who works for a mortgage company  on the phone who said that we should qualify for a federal housing grant! Which means we could own a house for 60,000 or less for free!!!!!!!!!!! There's a lot of qualifications that we still have to meet, but as far as our income, she said we would definately qualify. Please pray for our family in this. This would be such an amazing blessing! We are taking a homebuyers course on Saturday to help with the qualification. She said that we may have to wait until after April, as that is when our 2 year anniversary for our discharge from our bankruptcy will be, but that's only 3 months away. Until then we have to be making all our payments on time, and get all our paperwork organized. Wow, wouldn't that be awesome!
