Is there a doctor in the house?

Because we sure need one today. It seems those tiny little headcolds have blown into major sickness. My husband and middle daughter are the only ones well right now, and even they have a touch of the sniffles. My youngest is on her way out of this junk. My son went to bed suddenly feeling very bad and running a fever lastnight, and I have a sore throat and my head feels as though it weighs twice as much as my body. It's been so long since we've all been sick like this. With all the stuffiness, I'm not sleeping at night, so as much as I would love to try something natural to get rid of this, I'm going to buy me some good ole' Nyquil. If my son doesn't seem to start feeling better today or tomorrow, I will take him to the doctor, because youngest and I have so far not had a fever, but he does.

I would love to say that today will be a day of rest and getting better, but we are in major need of a grocery store run today and there are some bills that must be paid. So I've got my list ready and my bills made out and as soon as we're all up and around, we'll bundle up and head out to get things done. We've had some freezing temps the last night or two and I have never been so thankful for a fireplace. (Yes, I finally figured out how to get it lit)

Sara, I hope your crew will soon be well. I've had that stuff for almost a week and it's not fun! My best advice is stay in bed as much as possible and drink plenty of liquids. Hope your all well soon! Hugs, Sher
