Blessings From Home

Thursday Thoughts

Well, I had a whole post typed up about the 2nd section of my binder and poof it went off into cyber space, never to be seen again. Oh well, it will just have to wait until tomorrow.

We had a wonderful blessed day. The mail came today, and  in it was a letter from my granny who I don't ever get to see. She lives in another state and I'm lucky if I get to see her once a year. Anyways, in the letter, was a check for 1500 dollars! She just sent it saying she had a little extra oil money and wanted to share. It was such a blessing to us as we have a medical bill from my visit to the ER recently and were so worried about how we were going to pay it. And we'll still have enough to stick in savings!

Today I spent some time fixing this main computer of mine and it looks like it's going to work. xx fingers crossed xx. I spent part of the day going through some things in our shed and attic. We have a lot of things that need to go either in a yard sale or to goodwill,  I'm going to hold out for a yard sale for the first of next year. And I will be adding to it as I go along. I am in declutter mode. Right now I have all our clothes boxes out and am going through them and getting rid of a bunch of clothes, and organizing what we have for later use. This will probably take me a couple of days to get through and once I do, I'm going to take the kids shopping for some much needed winter clothes. I went to our goodwill and they just had nothing, so I'm going to travel up to the city and go to the big goodwill there. I had some good luck there before.

The rest of the day hubby and I spent finishing up that rent house. Praise God we are nearly done. All the junk is cleared out and hauled off, now we just have to do a little cleaning to make it halfway presentable. And then maybe it will finally be out of our hair. Well, I had better get back to those clothes. I never knew a a family of 5 could have so many clothes. Have a blessed night!

Love,

sara
