Blessed Sunday

Good Morning,

This morning we woke up to a bad thunderstorm and lots and lots of rain. I got up early which is a goal of mine this week. To wake up at a decent time in the morning. I always wake up when the kids do, which doesn't give me anytime for morning Bible time and my coffee.  It's so nice to wake up and have a little quiet time before the kids wake up.

Last night before I went to bed I layed out all of our church clothes, prepared the baby's diaper bag to go and got all of our baths done(Thanks for the suggestion Natural mama), and I even managed to load the breadmaker for fresh bread this morning and to start the crockpot for a yummy lunch after church. We'll be having Mexican pork roast with cheese on tortillas. We'll also have that for dinner, which makes for a restful day since I don't have to worry about preparing 2 meals. I'm really working on getting my routines done all the way through and I actually managed to do my morning routine all the way through without too much trouble. Today will be a restful day as it should be. We won't be doing any extra chores except what we have to. Making our beds, picking up after our selves and keeping the kitchen clean. It so nice to know what will be happening and being able to relax knowing you'll get it all done through routines and a regular cleaning schedule.

This week's project for me to finish will be a couple of sun dresses I'm making for my girls and my handwork I do while sitting down will be a tea towel that I'm embroidering. I'll post pictures when I'm done.  

Tomorrow we will be officially starting our summer homeschool session. I am so excited and a little nervous that it won't go as well as I hope it does. But I'm sure things will be fine as long as the Lord is by our side. Well, we'll be heading off to church in just a bit. Talk to you all soon.
