Please be in prayer for Justin Ryan and Taylor Ryan. They are my aunt's neighbors in southern NY, and are eighteen and fifteen, respectively, I believe. They were both in accidents this past weekend at a Motocross event. These were two separate accidents, and I believe that Justin's injury was first, as he broke his collarbone and is in stable condition. However, Taylor has a broken back and currently has no feeling in his legs. He was just taken off the ventilator in the last day or so.

I do not know this family very well. My only recollections of them are from when I was somewhere in the ten-to-thirteen age range, and had visited my aunt's family a couple of times. I was over at their house playing video games with them and my cousin Becky and met their gerbils. Huzzah for gerbils, wot! Anyway... my only other memory previous to that was when the fields behind had not yet been fenced in for a major tree farm, and they took me out in their go-cart and we sped around the field. Grand fun. But, as I do not know them well, I do not know if they or any members of their family are Christians.

Please be in prayer not only for comfort and healing for these two boys, but also that through these circumstances that they would come to know the Lord. My aunt is a Christian, so prayer for boldness and the right words for her to say would also be a good thing.
