Need help! Fluffy sweet potatoes

If anyone has a good way to make fluffy sweet potatoes I need a recipe or way to do them! I dont need the nuts on it. I cant afford the nuts! I just had some really good ones at a church dinner and didnt know who made them to ask them. They were so yummy and I am tired of the old way of doing them... THanks!' Happy thanksgiving to all!

I'm not sure what you mean by "fluffy". But my dh loves them this way. I boil the potatoes till tender, drain them, and mash them with butter and brown sugar. To "fluff" them up you might run an electric beater through them and whip them a bit. Now my kiddos love it when I put the marshmellows on top and brown it in the oven. Peel and boil them. Cool a bit and then put them in the food processor. .Process until smooth. THEN add some heavy whipping cream. Whip. The cream will start to fluff and give you fluffy fluffy sweet potatoes. Yummy.

My sister makes a souffle recipe - it is sweet potato souffle from cooking light - I believe -the eggs in it make them bake up and become "fluffy" :0) Try it!
