4.15.2008 - Working for a Greater Reward

I was going back over my old entries, changing the littles names for privacy reasons and found one of my favorite entries I wrote two years ago. Some things have changed and some haven't!

My littles have grown up quite a lot, I have none in diapers and The Ballerina doesn't make messes like she used to. A verse that I feel the Lord has given me for this season of my life is John 9:4-"I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work." I want to do my best for my littles while I can. Spend time with them, teach them, love them...I don't know what the future holds, but I can do everything I know to do and trust in God to take care of the rest. I may not have the best or the biggest down here, but I am working hard for the day that I can hear Him say "well done." I want to bring Him the little jewels he has entrusted to my care and know I have done everything in my ability to show them His love, grace and mercy.

> > I have been married to My Sweet Man for almost ten years now. He is my best friend. We are so blessed to homeschool our littles. My Princess is 8 and is my helper, she is such a blessing. She loves Jesus with all her heart. Sebastian is 7, he is his daddy's shadow, and can't wait to be man so he can go to work with him. He is very protective of his siblings. Boo is 5, he has the sweetest spirit. biggest brown eyes, and and cutest smile. He's always hungry!! The Ballerina is 4, she's our youngest and definately the baby. She loves to follow her "sissy" around and her favorite playmate is Boo. She is always ready to gives her sweet hugs to Mommy. This is where I write about our family life and my efforts to be the best wife and mommy I can be to our little family the Lord has blessed us with.
