4.23.2008 - Wednesday

I have laundry to do, seasonal clothes to change out and I am going to clean and unpack my office. I also need to go downstairs with the littles and clean out their room today. We are headed down to Arkansas this weekend to visit family, so I am working on getting us packed for that. I'll be going to a Casting Crowns concert too, I am excited about that!! I am going with my bestest friend and I haven't seen her since Christmas.

Tonight is prayer meeting at church, and the littles have High Point. They had over 30 last Wednesday night, so tonight they get to throw cream pies at Pastor after church. They worked so hard to get so many and they are thrilled. I love the prayer meetings, we have some awesome prayer warriors at our church, and I love to hear the sound of everyone lifting their voices to God.

When I went grocery shopping Monday, I got a new box of crayons. It's funny the little things that thrill my kiddos. They were so excited yesterday and the two youngest colored all day, while the older two did their schoolwork. I walked by at one point and they were using the crayons for little people. It was so cute, I love it when they are all getting along so well.

We are working towards being done with school by the last of May. I have been looking over curriculum and I think I have decided on Rod and Staff with some extra history added. They love history so much-I'm also going to add in a lot of history readers.

This is where I write about our family life and my efforts to be the best wife and mommy I can be to our little family the Lord has blessed us with.
