And we have a our first craft fair were selling at next Saturday! Then on September 4 we are going to take eight of our goats to a goat show, on the 5 &6 then we will head over to another craft fair. A two day one! I really excited but kinda nervous! Also I'm trying to get everything ready that I'm entering in the fair. Busy, Busy, Busy!
Now yesterday for dinner, i made a really YUMMY taco salad. It was so good! I want to share the recipe.
Here it is.

1 head of iceberg lettuce, washed
1 lb. nacho tortilla chips, coarsely crushed
4 c. grape tomatoes, halved
2 16 oz. can kidney beans, drained
1 6 oz. can sliced ripe olives, drained
2 c.grated cheddar cheese
1/4 sweet onion
2 4oz cans of diced green chilies
1 1/2 c. Ranch dressing
1.In large skillet over medium heat cook beef, drain then add taco seasoning.
2. In very large bowl, combine lettuce, chips, tomatoes, beans, olives, cheese, onion, chilies, and beef mixture.
3. Add the ranch & toss. Serve immediately.
Enjoy! This is really good! Everyone loved it! Note: This makes a lot. It feed our family of ten and we had some leftover.
I will keep you all posted about how the craft fairs/goat shows go! :-)
