Saturday Happenings

Hello everyone!

Today is the first day of my blog site.  We have been busy since early this morning.  I had a bunch of rearranging to do around the apartment. 

A little about our family.  I am married to dh, Graeme.  We have two girls Jeannette who is 14 and Jessica who is 12.  Both girls are involved in Sea Cadets.  It is shoot-off of the Navy.  Children 12 - 19 attend and learn how to sail, tie knots and learn about life on the sea.

I have planted a flower garden already.  I have put in pansies this year so I don't have to worry about the bit of colder weather we will probably still have.

I have a small patch to plant vegetables in.  I will plant green beans, green peppers and tomatoes.

Your blog looks great! We also started to weed our garden and get it ready for berries and pumkins! This will be our first year of planting in our new home. We will use the garden as a homeschool science project and a yummy treat!
